Our Preference: Short sell below 1863 with strict stop loss of 1870 and profit target at 1852 and 1849 with extension towards 1843.
Alternate Scenario: Upward penetration of 1870 will call for 1877 and 1881.
NOTE: Gold is moving downward in a bearish trend channel after breakout of its strong supportive region.
